1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing or using Habit Track ("Habit Track", "the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use Habit Track.
Habit Track is provided as a personal productivity and habit tracking tool. You remain responsible for how you use the App and for the habits, goals and information you enter.
2. License to Use Habit Track
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Habit Track on devices that you own or control.
This license is provided solely for personal and lawful use of the App.
You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, copy or commercially exploit Habit Track except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.
3. Habit Tracking and User Content
Habit Track allows you to create and manage information related to your habits, routines, schedules and personal progress.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for maintaining appropriate backups where necessary.
Habit Track does not guarantee that any particular habit, routine, goal or plan will produce a specific result.
4. No Medical or Professional Advice
Habit Track is a productivity and habit tracking application.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, fitness, financial or other professional advice.
Information, statistics, reminders, streaks or progress displayed by Habit Track are intended only to help you organize and review your own habits.
You should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate before making decisions that may affect your health, safety or wellbeing.
5. Free and Premium Features
Habit Track may provide both free and premium functionality.
Certain features may require an in-app purchase or subscription.
Premium features, availability and pricing may change over time. Any applicable price will be displayed through the App Store before you complete a purchase.
6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
If Habit Track offers an automatically renewing subscription, your subscription will renew automatically unless it is canceled before the end of the current subscription period.
Payment will be charged to the Apple ID account associated with your App Store purchase.
Renewal charges may be applied according to the subscription period and price shown at the time of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account subscription settings.
Deleting Habit Track from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
7. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Habit Track may occasionally offer free trials, introductory pricing or other promotional subscription offers.
The duration, eligibility and pricing of any offer will be displayed before purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, a trial may convert into a paid subscription when the trial period ends unless the subscription is canceled before renewal.
8. Restoring Purchases
Where supported, Habit Track may provide functionality that allows you to restore eligible previous purchases.
Restored access depends on the purchase history associated with your Apple ID and the availability of the applicable product or subscription.
9. Payments and Refunds
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.
Habit Track does not directly process your payment card information.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.
10. Notifications
Habit Track may provide optional reminders and notifications related to habits or App functionality.
Notifications may depend on your device configuration, permissions, battery settings, operating system behavior and other technical factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee that every notification or reminder will be delivered at a particular time.
11. Availability and Changes to the App
We may update, improve, modify, suspend or discontinue particular features of Habit Track.
We may also release new features, redesign existing features or change how certain functionality is provided.
We do not guarantee that Habit Track or any particular feature will always be available or remain unchanged.
12. Future Features
Habit Track may display information about features planned for future updates.
References to upcoming features, improvements or future functionality are informational only and do not create a guarantee that a feature will be released on a particular date or in a particular form.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Habit Track:
- for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- to attempt unauthorized access to the App or related systems;
- to interfere with the normal operation or security of the App;
- to copy, distribute or commercially exploit protected components of Habit Track without authorization;
- in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
14. Intellectual Property
Habit Track, including its application design, branding, interfaces, software, visual elements and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
15. Third-Party Services
Habit Track may rely on third-party services to provide certain functionality.
Examples may include App Store purchase processing, subscription entitlement services or operating system functionality.
These third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies and availability.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Habit Track is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or compatible with every device or operating system configuration.
We do not guarantee specific productivity, health, fitness, behavioral or personal results from using Habit Track.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Habit Track and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of progress, missed reminders, lost productivity or other losses resulting from use of the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
18. Termination
You may stop using Habit Track at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access to the App where necessary to protect the service, comply with legal requirements or address serious violations of these Terms.
Termination of your use of Habit Track does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Subscription management remains subject to your Apple account settings.
19. Privacy
Your use of Habit Track is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled when you use the App.
You should review the Habit Track Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
20. Apple App Store Terms
If you download Habit Track through Apple's App Store, your use of the App is also subject to applicable Apple App Store terms and conditions.
These Terms are between you and the developer of Habit Track, not Apple.
Apple is not responsible for the maintenance or support of Habit Track except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries may be third-party beneficiaries of applicable terms governing your license to use the App.
21. End User License Agreement
Unless a separate custom end user license agreement is provided for Habit Track, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or other legal rights that apply in your country or region.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when Habit Track changes, when new features are introduced or when legal or platform requirements change.
The latest version of these Terms will be published on this page.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
